Claus is a member of the Smiling Army, an army commanded by Zeb (This guy- [link]). He is apparently the most efficient and competent soldier, and lord Zeb may have taken notice (That's up to him, I dunno). Even though he is loyal to Zeb, he is even more loyal to his cause- to unite the world in a perpetually happy environment. He is also not brainless, he has his own ambitions as well. He wears half a mask to remind himself and the opposition that he is indeed still human, and he wants those killed by him to know the exact face of he who did it. He does what needs to be done without question, yet he keeps a cheerful demeanor. He smiles a lot, and loves to laugh. He is an exceptional chef, a good shot with a gun, a great strategist, very perceptive, and loves teppanyaki restaurants. He spends any spare time he does have carving fruit, playing games, sleeping, and eating.
